Welcome to our official website!We are a team of seven high school students, Ryan, Xavier, Otto, Sam, Seb, and Grayson who have a passion for robotics and are excited to participate in the First Tech Challenge 2023-2024 season. With a combination of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development skills, we approach every challenge with a multidisciplinary perspective.At Blackout, we believe in the power of robotics and its potential to create innovative solutions for novel problems. We're eager to put our skills to the test and see what we can accomplish in the competition. The First Tech Challenge is a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our hard work and determination, and we are all incredibly excited to see what we can achieve.We have been preparing for this moment for months and we're confident that our robot will be a strong contender in the competition. We're looking forward to meeting and competing against other teams from around the UK and seeing what they have brought to the table.
